This is my final project for my third year Typography class where I made my own custom font called "Qurl" and explored it's use by making it into a bakery shop brand. More Yummy Pastry is a fictional bakery that make not only instagram worthy sweets but they make them so delicious that their customers keep coming back for more!

OBJECTIVE
The goal and challenge for this project is to create a charming and cheerful brand identity that emulates the personality of the font I designed "Qurl" to further explore the usage of this display typeface. Below is an image of my typeface design.
PROCESS
My typeface design was heavily inspired by fun and bubbly typographic designs I found in Pinterest and I wanted to emulate those characteristics in my customized font. Qurl is a display font that's modern, quirky, trendy, and bold. For the branding aspect of this project I paired it with Staatliches by Brian LaRossa and Erica Carras.
